    lackluster breakfast

I had a fantastic two-night stay where the spa services were top-notch and the cozy double room was exactly what we needed for a quick getaway. We loved relaxing in the heated swimming pool and soaking in the jacuzzi after a long day. Breakfast could've been more exciting, but overall, it was a wonderful experience. definitely check it out! 🌟

easy access to parks and kid-friendly attractions make it great

I enjoyed being just a short 2 km stroll from River Bend Park, where I could relax and take in the beautiful scenery, and even visited the Sacramento Children's Museum, which is only about 6 km away and perfect for families with kids. The atmosphere felt inviting, making it a great base for exploring the city on foot.

    great for camping enthusiasts

The garden view from our Standard Queen Room was stunning, providing a beautiful backdrop. The lodge offers excellent fishing opportunities nearby, making it a perfect spot for outdoor lovers.

While the accommodation is enjoyable, it might not suit those looking for luxury.

I cherished my stay in the Beautiful King Room at Villa At Arden Hills. The spacious accommodations and luxurious spa experience provided a much-needed retreat. Navigating the crowded spa amenities felt uncomfortable at times. A good experience with room for improvement.

Great Stay with a Couple of Hiccups

We enjoyed our four-night stay in a comfortable room with two double beds. The pool was refreshing, but a safe in the room would have been appreciated. Requesting a coffee machine added a slight inconvenience. Overall, it was a lovely experience, just wish some amenities were more accessible.

The King Suite Spa Bath felt spacious and well-appointed. I loved the quiet environment. it was perfect for my work needs. The staff stood out with their attentiveness, efficiently assisting me throughout my stay. Breakfast options were refreshing—healthy choices energized me for the day. Unfortunately, I found dining options quite limited during off-hours, which made it tough to grab a meal when I needed one. A more robust dining schedule would definitely enhance the experience.

This place was a great fit for a weekend getaway in Sacramento and offered outstanding value for money. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool, soaking up the sun, and sipping wine with my sister on a lovely afternoon. Just make sure to confirm the dining options before your stay, as they might not be available.

    spacious room
    in-room spa
    local dining
    disappointing breakfast
    absent staff

Scored big with a ginormous room and a sweet in-room spa that made our stay extra cozy! Honestly, for some local flavor, don't miss out on hitting up nearby eateries showcasing Sacramento's farm-to-fork scene. Those fresh, seasonal vibes had me drooling!

However, beware that breakfast was a total letdown—just cold pastries lying around and no ultra comfort on the menu. No staff on site for check-ins either. it really felt like we were on our own in a big empty space.
